A clear central aisle organizes the automated kitchen.
Long stainless-steel work lines are arranged on both sides of a broad central aisle, keeping preparation and movement legible across the kitchen. Continuous extraction, task lighting and accessible under-counter storage support the industrial function without interrupting the route through the room.
The dining hall uses openings as its defining element.
Rows of arched windows bring daylight around the dining area and establish a strong relationship with the exterior. Tables remain arranged in open bands across the floor, allowing direct movement through the hall while the perimeter carries the project's more expressive architectural detail.
