Set in a picturesque location on the outskirts of Vadodara, the idea behind this project was to redefine PREMIUM and make it an affordable entity for one and all. Offering an individual indoor swimming pool, individual front and rear garden area with landscaping, large hall with deck area and 2 master bedrooms, the design approach was to exude simplicity & exuberance with a subtle touch of minimalism. The connection from the inside to the outside preceded all other design choices and walls were added only where privacy was required. All this in a very affordable price range has made this scheme an instant success.
