Project Details
Set in a tight plot, the ground floor comprises an open living, dining, kitchen along with a circulation core. The challenge was to make it all look grand, seamless & rich. The yellow kota flooring provides a seamless continuity which is balanced by nuanced use of yellow chevron pattern tiles along with IKKAT fabric as lining in the dining area. The kitchen houses a breakfast counter which is topped by a hanging shelf above to store everyday snacks. The home theatre space is designed in a staggering grid of blue and grey acoustic panels along with the texture of wooden framing. The linear layout is further accentuated by linear profile lights in the ceiling and linear wooden tiles in the flooring. 3 Master Bedrooms, all with different themes and material palates. The first being the children’s room is done with the kid’s favorite pastel blue theme in DUCO finish. The second bedroom being the young couples room is done in cane/rattan and light grey combination, being the current trending material palate yet with a timeless elegance. The third one in off white and wooden hues, ensuring a calm demeanor which makes for a perfect setting for the parents room.
